5:45 P.M Registration Opens
6: 00 P.M Reception with Hors d' Oeuvres, Open Bar* and Silent Auction Begins
* Open Bar: Rail Drinks, Wine, and Domestic Beer
7:15 P.M Buffet Dinner and Recognitions, Silent Auction Closes
8:15 P.M Live Auction Begins
The live auction will include guns, knives, hunting and fishing trips in the U.S., Canada, and other countries as well as African Safaris; fine jewelry; and a variety of other items. Details about these auction items will posted on the Chapter website as they are confirmed.
Tickets:
$85 Per Person (until 3/31/12)
$95 Per Person (starting 4/1/12)
$800 for 10 Seats (until 3/31/12)
$900 for 10 Seats (starting 4/1/12)
Tickets will be available for purchase via online, mail, or phone starting Monday, January 9, 2012.

All guests staying at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott will receive complimentary transportation to and from Chartwell Golf and Country Club.
Self-Parking will be available on-site the evening of the event.
