Education Programs
In addition, the Chapter makes available to elementary and middle school teachers a comprehensive collection of animal artifacts, with teaching materials, in its "Safari in a Box" project, available to any teacher, including non-members. In cooperation with the CC-SCI Sables, the women's component of SCI, the Chapter promotes the "Becoming an Outdoors Woman" program to encourage women's participation in the hunting and shooting sports.
